Dear Class:
I still have a few Alice programs (Hour of Code) I have not graded or a couple of the last GameMaker games. I will check with each of you.
From there on, please work on your final project. However, I do want three things: A folder in your shared folder entitled "Final Project". Secondly, within it, I want your Final Project zipped correctly and uploaded into that same folder. Finally, I want a Google Doc that is entitled "Final Project". That document will describe to me, in two paragraphs, what it is you did, how you did it, and what makes your particular project worthy of a high grade. This includes whether or not it is from a tutorial you found or not. I also want you to copy and paste the link you got the tutorial from.
Seventh period will have to make sure their games are uploaded and shut down. Fifth period may leave their games on after the final and I will go to each computer, check the games individually since there are no classes after fifth period during finals on Thursday. In either case, all students must have the above files in a "Final Project" folder!!!!
3D Game will follow the Parallel Game. We will finish the roadway with the car. I want to grade the tree game and this car game at the same time.
The time line is thus: I grade Alice today, doing the "Hour of Code". We finish Alice on January 23rd. I will give you January 27 and your final day to create a project of your own for the final. You may use any program that we have used during this semester for this project.
