Dear Class:

We finished up cleaning up the query/report that we did. This will include "centering" data and putting in a footer with your name on it. Then it will be "Exported" and "Published" as a pdf file. We will also add just a little bit to our notes, especially about wild cards. We will be doing queries which sometimes has "wildcards". I want to look at examples for query criteria at this link.

You should be done with exporting MyTunes Excel Spreadsheet into Access. MyTunes spreadsheet.

You will have to open it up and export it into Access. We did this before with the class excel spreadsheet so this should be no problem. Download the below worksheet that asks questions regarding the MyTunes Access file

You will all import the data and I will go over what queries and reports are and the differences. You will then run a few reports and then save them to the desktop. In the end, you will upload these reports into your google docs in your shared folder. Create a folder entitled "Reports and Queries" if you would.
