Dear Class:
We will be importing the MyTunes Excel Spreadsheet into Access. I have had difficulties with the non-Office2013 Excel files. I have a exl instead of a exlx file for the 2003 version here.
You will have to open it up and may have to copy and paste in but we will see. First period had major problems with this on the older machines and, as a consequence, I had them double up. When it is saved doubled up, both names must appear.
You will all import the data and I will go over what queries and reports are and the differences. You will then run a few reports and then save them to the desktop. In the end, you will upload these reports into your google docs in your shared folder.
